Introduction Welcome to WorkKeeper Site Report & PDF (“Application”), developed by Ozkalix. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Application is designed as a secure, offline-first daily construction log and reporting tool.

Our primary principle is to minimize data collection: we do not collect, store, or share your personal project logs, finances, or photos on any external servers. Everything stays on your device.

Information Collection and Use A. Personal and Project Data The Application operates almost entirely offline. All data you input, including:

Project names and client details, Daily logs, work quantities, and notes, Financial amounts and unit prices, Subcontractor information, Construction site photos, are stored locally on your device using a secure local database (Isar Database). We do not have access to this data, nor do we transmit it to any external servers. B. App Store and In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing) The Application offers Premium subscriptions via Google Play Billing.

While making a purchase, transaction processing is handled entirely by Google Play Services. We do not collect or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment credentials. Google provides us only with anonymous purchase tokens to verify subscription statuses. C. Permissions Used To function properly, the Application requires the following device permissions:

Camera Access (CAMERA): Required solely to let you take photos of the construction site to add to your daily reports. Photos are saved in your device’s local gallery/storage and inside the app’s local database. Storage/Media Access: Used to select existing photos for reports and to write/export the generated PDF reports to your device’s local directory so you can share them.

Third-Party Services While the Application itself does not collect or track user data, it utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, updates, and core system functionalities. Google Play Services Privacy Policy Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app Premium purchases securely.

Ads and Tracking No Ads: The Application contains absolutely NO third-party advertisements. No Analytics/Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies, beacons, or third-party analytic tools (like Firebase Analytics, Flurry, etc.) to monitor your behaviors.
Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records. The Application complies with COPPA and global child privacy regulations.
Security Since all your project logs, photos, and settings remain on your local device, the security of your data relies on your device’s safety. We recommend keeping your device operating system updated and secure. Your local database backup files are under your direct control when exported.
Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new Google Play Console developer policies or legal requirements. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
